Your contract has an ‘Anticipated Commencement Date’ however, if required earlier you will be contacted by your Supervisor or Manager. There are lots of options for making your way to the resort (see Arriving on the Mountain page) and you can check in to Staff Accommodation 48 hours prior to your first rostered shift.
Please ensure you book your arrival at least 1 week prior to your actual arrival.
To register your arrival to Mt Buller, please follow the following link and register to inform Staff Services HERE:

- Date of Birth
- Estimated date and time of arrival (must be between 8:30am – 4:30pm)
- Upload a current picture of yourself
If not otherwise arranged with your department, you will need to make your way to the Staff Services office on Level 3 of the Bernd Greber Building (Ski School) to check in and collect your keys. Check in at Staff Services ONLY between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
