Mt Stirling Solstice Event Shuttle Bus – Expression of Interest
We’re looking at organising a staff shuttle bus to Mt Stirling’s Solstice Event on Saturday 27 June and would love to gauge interest so we can lock in the right bus size for the day.

Depart Mt Buller Village: 4:00pm
Return from Mt Stirling (TBJ): Approx. 8:30pm
Registering now will help us determine transport numbers and confirm the most suitable bus option to Mt Stirling and vice versa

Pre-Season Staff Bus – Important Info📍 Departure location:
Masonic Hall – 26 Highett St, Mansfield
The pre-season staff bus to meet the VLine will be running on the following dates
Departure times & dates:
May 29, May 30 -Departure time 12:15pm
May 31 (Sunday) departure will be at 4:15 PM
June 1, 2, 3 & 4 – Departure time 12:15pm
From these dates onward, the regular staff bus timetable below will commence.
By the end of next week, bookings will move to the new Busfleet ‘BusIO’ platform, where:
Staff will already be registered in the system so the BSL discount will be automatically applied at checkout

• This free car park is provided for Mt Buller staff only
Once registered please pick up passes either from Alpine Central or from Resort entry from opening weekend.
Car Park Location:
• The staff car park is located at the bottom of Mount Buller, approx. 200 metres inside the Mirimbah entry gate
• The car park entrance is on the Mt Buller Road, opposite the Mt Buller flags and “Mt Buller rock”.
• Vehicles are not permitted to access the on-mountain car parks unless an entry pass is purchased.
Cars need to be moved down to the staff carpark by 12noon 5th of June 2026

Locals free entry at night across winter season
A feature of the new ARV Resort Entry Discount Policy is free entry for local residents (residing in postcodes 3722 & 3723) after 4.30pm until midnight daily. Residents just need to show their drivers licence on arrival at the Mirimbah entry gate. This is a great opportunity for residents to enjoy the range of night activities and hospitality options on the mountain right across the winter season.
